Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel, was in a lovely old town house in Georgetown-Penang. The rooms were amazing, spacious, with comfortable beds, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate. The location was perfect, close to many attractions but still offering tranquility. The dining was delightful with a mix of choices. Overall, a great experience with good value for money.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms are situated on a leafy grove with outdoor dining, offering a beautiful interior design perfect for a family of 6-8 pax. The tastefully restored century-old Peranakan terrace house exudes character and atmosphere, yet has all the modern conveniences one could wish for including a big screen TV with Netflix, multiple USB ports for charging devices, mini fridge, complimentary bottled water, a kettle with a variety of coffee/tea/Milo, as well as an iron and hairdryer.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were huge and spotlessly clean, paying attention to every detail, making it a potentially great stay. The service was outstanding, with fantastic and extremely friendly staff, though there was a slight issue with the air conditioning in my room. The location is ideal, being in the heart of the historic old town but on a quiet street. The dining experience, while not buffet-style, offered delicious dishes in this beautiful restaurant. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement.
